Are EU citizens allowed to ride scooters up to 125cc with a car driving license?

Hello!

I am a citizen of Austria. I am allowed ride my scooter with 125cc in Austria (and Italy, Spain, Portugal, Czech ...) only with my car driver's license.
But will I be allowed to ride my scooter (125cc/11kW) in Poland, too? (Of course I have my license more than three years.)

yes but after 28-08-2014 earlier this offense the penalty for not driving a motorcycle

Hi! :) I think, that you can ride on 125ccm, because you are from EU (but I'm not sure).

Unfortunately, you can not as I wrote above, this law will be effective from August 28 before it is not legal.
